TERMS AND CONDITIONS

To avoid confrontation and embarrassment, please take the time to read these over. We post these for a reason and these guidelines exist for your comfort and safety.

Check in: 3PM -6PM We cannot guarantee a room check-in until 3 PM. HOWEVER, if you would like an earlier check-in and we are able to accomodate you, we will do so. Please let us know what time you plan to arrive and we will do our best to work with you. If you need a later check-in, please let us know also.

Groups are permitted to supply alcohol at their own risk and are fully responsible for the alcohol and its consumption. The Fairview bed and breakfast is not liable for any alcohol abuse or the actions of those who consume alcohol on the premises.
The renter is responsible for any damages that may occur. If there are damages, the renter will be addressed and pay the cost of the those damages.
The fairview does NOT have a commercial kitchen onsite for the renter to use.
The renter is not responsible for cleaning the room, but we ask that it be restored to it's original setting.
No children under the age of 8 are permitted to spend the night unless the party has reserved the Bed and Breakfast in it's entirety. They are not permitted to run or wonder around the bed and breakfast. Adult supervision is required.
The Fairview is a non-smoking environment.
We do not accept pets.
Quiet hours are from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
Only paid overnight quests after 11:00 p.m.
Rooms are based on double occupancy (unless noted); additional guests will be charged $20.00 per person
We may not be able to accommodate last minute guests.
Cancellations are accepted with a full refund if made 14 days prior to the date of the stay (less 10% service charge)
